Bulgarian National Hotline for Primary Legal Aid – 0700 18 250

The Bulgarian National Hotline for Primary Legal Aid  is a telephone
hotline, where every citizen can receive free legal advice at the price of
one city telephone call.
The National Hotline is administered by the National Legal Aid Bureau under
the project Improving the Access of Vulnerable Groups to Legal Aid through a
Pilot Project for a National Hotline for Primary Legal Aid and Regional
Consulting Centres, financed under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism
2009-2014. Legal advice is given via phone by experienced attorneys.
Experienced attorneys also give consultations in the regional centres in
Vidin and Sliven. There, one can meet an attorney, relate his/her problem
and discuss possible solutions. Attorneys in the two centres provide advice
and help citizens prepare the necessary documents free of charge.
